The Eurocup home leg was held at WPNSA on 28 & 29 April, a light wind affair attended by 31 boats including 2 overseas, and won by Polish team Lukasz Przybytek & Krzysztof Mongird, from GBR light wind experts Frances Peters & Hannah Diamond.Click title for full results.

An extremely light wind Youth Nationals was completed at Hayling Island on 14 April. In the conditions the 29er girls teams dominated, winners were Francis Peters/Hannah Diamond, with runners-up Sophie Weguelin/Sophie Ainaworth. 27 boats made the trip to Rutland for the first 29er Grand Prix event of 2007. Three races were sailed on the Saturday in cold and blustery conditions with F6 gusts; Sunday was milder and 4 races were held. The event was won by Will Twemlow & Pete Perera, from James Peters & Oli Spensley-Corfield.
